Every Sola Kids toy is made to order in our small family workshop in Caldwell, Idaho. We don’t keep a warehouse of pre-made pieces — we start cutting, sanding, and finishing your toy once you place your order.

Current making time: 10 business days

(Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays)

This means from the day you place your order, your heirloom will typically ship within 10 business days. Most orders actually leave a little sooner (6–8 days), but we build in a comfortable buffer so we never rush the craftsmanship or compromise on quality.

Just reply to your order confirmation or email hello@solakids.com. When possible, we’re happy to offer a Rush Option (3–5 business days) for an additional fee.

Once your toy ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Domestic shipping usually takes 2–5 business days.

A Note on Natural Materials

Because we work with natural materials, like wood, natural pigment paints and finishes, you may notice small knots, subtle grain variations, or slight color differences. These are not flaws; they’re the fingerprints of authentic, hand-selected materials and proof that your heirloom is truly one-of-a-kind. We inspect and finish every piece with care to ensure it’s safe and beautiful for little hands.

We pray every toy that leaves our workshop brings years of joy and rich Christian play to your family. Because these are heirloom pieces made by hand with love, we stand behind them completely.

30-Day Love-It Guarantee (U.S. orders only)

We want you to be delighted! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• Personalized or custom-engraved toys are final sale (but still covered under warranty)

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (we’ll send you a prepaid label if the mistake was ours)

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return

Heirloom Warranty – 5 Years

Every Sola Kids toy is built to be passed down. We proudly offer a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal play and loving care.

What’s covered

• Broken or splitting wood due to a manufacturing flaw

• Joints, hinges, dowels or similar pieces that break when used as intended

• Finish issues that are not the result of normal wear

What’s not covered (perfectly normal with real-wood heirlooms)

• Natural wood characteristics (small knots, color variation, etc.)

• Scratches, dents, or chew marks from enthusiastic little ones

• Damage from outdoor use, water exposure, or “creative” modifications

If something goes wrong and it's our fault, email us a photo along with your order number.

We’ll repair or replace the toy (or the affected part) at no cost to you — shipping both ways is on us.

Lifetime Repair Promise

Even after the 5-year warranty ends, we’ll never leave an heirloom behind.

If your Sola Kids toy ever needs repair because of normal play wear, send it home to our Idaho workshop. We’ll fix it for only the cost of parts and return shipping — forever.
